Gondor House Heads-up [Arkenstone]

I recently sold my house at 1 Bay Road on Arkenstone in Belfalas to move to Rohan and as far as I can see from the housing broker it is now the only 1 Bay Road in any neighborhood that is for sale. Just wanted to give a heads up in case anyone was trying to buy that house and was disappointed to see they were all gone. It's in the Siramon neighborhood.
